About Me
It was while working as a clinical nurse specialist that I decided to indulge myself in my secret dream of being an actor. So I jumped headfirst into Chicago’s rich theatrical community when I was asked to join REFLECTIONS THEATER ENSEMBLE in the early 80’s. That ensemble lit the spark in me that has lasted 35 years.
My background encompasses a vast array of genres including stage, film, television spots, commercial films, industrial training and virtual media just to name a few (see stage resume and commercial resume).
Ballroom dancing and free-style dance are favorite pastimes of mine, which I have used in my many performances, along with being a pianist (yes, I read music!) and loving my role as a jazz aficionado. I am teleprompter savvy should the need arise.
Yoga is what keeps me grounded and centered, not only for my acting but also as a nurse clinical specialist with skills in CV surgery, critical care, homecare and hospice.
Being an Italophile helps me speak the many dialects I have under my belt and my passport is always ready should it be required.
I would be honored and delighted if you took a look at some of the clips I have accumulated to promote my skills. Just click on the “demo reels” heading.
Many thanks and many blessings!
